If you plan on staying in business after this pandemic, then you want to make integrity your cornerstone. You are in a unique position to help your clients get the necessary items they need to help patients and protect the public at large.

Your clients are looking to you to help them, and it’s your responsibility to do so. If you focus on helping find channels to help customers procure what they need and they know you treated them fairly, you will be positioned to earn long-term trust from that client.
